This semi-detached cottage is attached to a church in the small hamlet of Llaithddu near Llanbister in Mid Wales and sleeps five people in two bedrooms.Preacher's Cottage is a semi-detached cottage, attached to a church, in the small hamlet of Llaithddu near Llanbister in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and an adult bunk room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars and a terraced garden with a lawn, patio, barbecue and a covered hot tub. Preacher's Cottage is a perfect retreat in a quaint hamlet with a luxurious hot tub to relax in as the sun goes down.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI ,Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed split level lawned garden with patio, furniture and covered hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Parking area and upper garden accessed via 10 external steps, children to be supervised.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The rural village of Llanbadarn Fynydd nestles in the Powys countryside between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells. Llanbadarn Fynydd offers a community shop and a friendly pub, which serves good food, plus the Glyndwrs Way National Trail passes through the village, as does the River Ithon before it joins the River Wye. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this area is perfect for walking, cycling and birdwatching with the Radnorshire Hills and Forest and the Offas Dyke pathway both within easy reach.
