Petite maison de ville très bien agencée et entièrement rénovée . Au rez-de-chaussée: salon, cuisine donnant sur cour privative avec salon de jardin barbecue, un garage pour petite voiture, motos ou vélos, un WC et un cellier. Un escalier confortable pour rejoindre le pallier avec bureau desservant 3 chambres de 9, 10 et 11 m², SDB et WC séparé. Parking gratuit à 30 m.

Le tarif ne comprend pas la location des draps et linges de toilette qui sont en option ainsi que le ménage de sortie.

Response from the owner Nous sommes contents que vous ayez apprécié notre gite. Etant donné que sur le site de notre gite du vieux lormont, il y a un lien avec les horaires du bateau bus nous n'avions pas pensé à les mettre dans le livret d’accueil. Suite à votre suggestion nous allons y remédier., et également mettre les horaires de bus et du tram qui n'ont pas le charme du bateau mais qui sont plus fréquents et plus rapides. Pour le fond de roulement alimentaire, c'est une question très délicate et sujette à discussion, principalement d'un point de vu sanitaire. Le gite est classé « meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles », lors de la procédure de classement il nous a été déconseillé de laisser des produits alimentaires entamés. Nous avons fait le choix de fournir quelques dosettes de café, thé, sucre, une bouteille de jus d'orange et d'eau en dépannage pour le premier matin. Ces articles sont des produits neufs, car les produits entamés ne sont pas toujours appréciés par certains locataires. Merci pour vos suggestions et d'avoir laissé le gite propre. “Maison très agréable”

Nous avons séjourné dans cette petite maison pendant une semaine en famille et nous nous y sommes beaucoup plu. Tout y est prévu du barbecue au WiFi sans oublié le sèche-linge. Je recommande.
