Description

In Los Alcazares on the Costa Calida this modern apartment is a few minutes walk from the beautiful and safe beaches of the Mar Menor. It is situated in Vibrant Rio Nalon where you will find many Restaurants, serving everything from breakfast to Al A Carte meals, as well as Bars and entertainment. There are several shops and a large supermarket, also within walking distance is the local Saturday Market. This is an ideal location for local Golf Courses, with reportedly 325 days of sunshine every year.

This spacious apartment has a full kitchen, two bedrooms one double and one twin room, however extra beds and a travel cot may be available if required, it could be suitable for those with limited mobility (please contact me should you require more information). There is a large private roof solarium as well as a good sized balcony that overlooks Rio Nalon. Access to the apartment is via a large private communal hallway where you will find stairs and the lift.

The solarium has been retiled and all new furniture in the king-size bedroom since these photos were taken.

Please do not bring hairdryers, tongs etc not of Spanish compatibility, hair drier and iron supplied.

Air conditioning is free of charge at present due to fair usage policy. If left on unattended ( not switching off when going out, bottle not emptied etc ) the containers which need to be emptied can overflow onto the restaurant below and they may call the police if you are not in. No drainage was provided when built, as we have had the air conditioning installed for comfort.

“Perfection”

Amazing apartment everything on the doorstep. We are two ladies in our seventies but enjoyed being in the heart of everything.we spent most of the time on the roof terrace what a bonus that was.we were picked up from the airport by the lovely ann another bonus. Food in the area excellent we went to fusion most nights lovely people.all amenities excellent and 5minutes to beach. Will be back next year best holiday for years and we go 4times a year to various resorts. Thank you James.
