Description

Our Luxurious Penthouse Apartment is situated overlooking one of the many communal pools on Phase 2 at Roda Golf.

On the lower level there is a lovely sun terrace, where you are able to enjoy the early morning sun, with lovely views of the pool and gardens. We have a staircase to the upper solarium which is a sun trap for the sun worshippers,we have a large pergola for the shade during the heat of the day, you are also able to enjoy a cold drink or meal.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with many mod cons. Wifi is free at the clubhouse, but we do have wifi at the apartment which is on a pay daily tariff which we arrange connection for you, it's about €20 for two weeks.

The 18 hole golf course, designed by the renowned Dave Thomas,is of champion standard and on the doorstep. Green Fees are available locally and also on the website.

There is also a fabulous clubhouse, gym.

To the right of the resort you will find a small supermarket that is well stocked, they see fresh bread and pastries. It's situated inthe pretty Spanish village of Roda, where you are able to mingle with the locals enjoy some tapes and liquid refreshment.

To the left of the resort just a short walk away is the beachside resort of Los Alcazares which has a 7km of flat beach beside the calm and tranquil shores of the Mar Menor, you are able to participate in a wide variety of watersports. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the Walkway offering Spanish and International cuisine.

Los Alcazares also holds 2 local street markets on Tuesday and Saturday where you are able to buy tasty local produce and a bargain or two, during the summer months they also have a large night market.

“Splendid apartment.”

This is a wholly splendid apartment, furnished with impeccable taste which no doubt reflects the aesthetics of the owner - whom I neither know nor have met. It was immaculately presented, and everything for which one might wish was available - even a garlic press for those who cook - I do not! It is ideally located within Roda Golf, and the village of Roda - which now has a supermarket- is a pleasant stroll in distance. A short-term visitor can enjoy the absolute benefits of this excellent abode, with the only expected obligation being to respect it for the duration of one's stay. I thoroughly commend this apartment.

“Fabulous”

I have stayed at this apartment quite a few times. I cannot recommend it enough! It is spacious, very comfortable furnishings and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped it has everything!! The sun terrace is wonderful for sunbathing . I cannot wait until the next visit

Response from the owner Thank you for your review, The person that met you at the resort was my key holder, yes he does work part time on the resort. You mentioned that we do not have a dishwasher, I do not advertise a dishwasher in description. You also say you were unable to use BBQ the key was in the apartment for you to gain access to the BBQ. Regarding the damage, there were black marks on the wall a fare size 2ft by 2 ft, plus the plaster was damaged. I have to pay my key holder to purchase materials and repair the damage, that is why you were charged £50. There was also damage to my sofa but I understand it is not visible so I will attend to this when I am at the apartment next. I keep my apartment to high standard and I expect visitors to respect my property.i appreciate accidents happen and that is why we hold a damage fee. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the service Pablo provided you, I have never had any complaints from previous guests. Regards Valinda

“Beautiful apartment in a beautiful place”

We had a brilliant week in Spain, the apartment is beautiful and very homely. The apartment is on a lovely golf resort, with a nice club house which serves really nice food. We certainly would love to rent it again in the future.
