The square is a 5 min walk away and the beach is a 10 min stroll. Los Alcazares boast 7Km of Blue Flag beaches which make it an ideal destination for families with young children.
The 2 Bed top floor apartment, with a large private roof terrace and balcony for outdoor dining.
The roof terrace and balcony have views of the Mar Menor and La Manga in distance. The apartment is fully equipped with air-conditioning, SKY TV and a DVD player.

There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes), a lounge/dining room a separate kitchen with fitted units & washing machine and a fully tiled bathroom with shower.

Patio doors lead from the sitting room onto the Large Balcony which is ideal for "Alfresco" dining. There are spiral stairs from the balcony up to the large roof terrace. The roof terrace is a great spot for catching the sun on the loungers supplied. There is a wonderful view over the vista to the Mar Menor.
The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's splash pool ideal for couples and families alike. In July & August there are lifeguards in attendance at the pools. The complex boasts lush gardens, fountains, attractive walkways and seating areas.

“Fantastic”
Picked up at the airport by fantastic Enrique. Apartment was amazing, lovely rooms. Everything you could possibly need in there and we where at the top so the terrace was great. Very hot so couldn’t make full use of the terrace. Right near the bars and restaurants. Great spot. Pool lovely. Would definitely recommend.

“Long weekend June 2017”
This apartment was lovely and the roof terrace made it extra special. Fully equipped and a home from home. The location of Albatross means everything is to handrestaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches in both the old and new towns. I would highly recommended this apartment and the Albatross complex and facilities

“Fantastic apartment”
Great apartment with fantastic upgrades since our visit in 2016. Very well equipped with full satellite, broadband and water filter for great convenience. Great to open the bedroom window and watch the dawn over the Mar Menor with fabulous views from the rooftop terrace. Have recommended to family members and will hopefully return soon.

“Super Holiday Apartment”
Stayed here for 10 days in August. Great apartment in a great location. The apartment is fully equipped - everything you need while you are on holiday. Even in August, the complex never felt full - always a place by the pool. 5 minute walk to supermarket and restaurants and Los Alcazares has a family feel to it. The roof top terrace is a real plus point - somewhere to catch the breeze and sun and still be able to nip downstairs for a cold drink. Would definitely recommend and return.
