The square is a 5 min walk away and the beach is a 10 min stroll. Los Alcazares boasts 7Km of Blue Flag beaches which make it an ideal destination for families with young children.

The 3 Bed Penthouse Duplex, has large private roof terrace, and balcony for outdoor dining. The roof terrace has loungers, patio table and chairs. The large communal swimming pool has a separate children's splash pool and is surrounded by greenery, seating areas and fountains. The pool has a lifeguard in attendance during July & August.

The roof terrace is accessed from the master bedroom upstairs. It is a lovely spot for catching the sun on the loungers supplied. There is also a balcony area to the front of the property with table & chairs for “Alfresco” dining.
The complex has a large swimming pool and a children's splash pool ideal for couples and families alike. In July & August there are lifeguards in attendance at the pools. The complex boasts lush gardens, fountains, attractive walkways and seating areas

“Excellent stay in a lovely apartment”

We visited this apartment with 4 adults and 2 kids. Excellent communication from the start with the owners, despite a number of covid cancellations. Apartment is spacious and clean and in an excellent location, around 7 minute walk to plenty of bars/restaurants and a further 10 minute walk to the beach. We hired bikes, pedalos and there's a beach inflatable course - all great for kids. We regret not hiring a car as we didn't find transport links the best but we managed. Only slight improvements would be for some things to be left in the apartment by previous guests - buckets, spades, cleaning sprays etc The complex isn't the most child friendly there's no play area and balls/inflatables strictly not permitted - however this didn't affect us too much as there's a play park a short walk away. We would definitely return to the apartment and area.

“Clean, spacious, well-equipped holiday get away”

Extremely well-equipped and clean, spacious 2-storey apartment in a quiet residential area. The pool is cold but refreshing in the spring and is always clean. Beach not too far away (1 mile) and before you get to the beach there are plenty of good-priced bars and restaurants if you fancy a break on the way there/way back. The new airport is 30 mins drive as opposed to 15 mins from the old one. There are many little extras, eg lots of sun loungers that you can use by the pool, beach equipment and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The solarium is a wonderful extra for catching the late afternoon sun and is equipped with a BBQ. We have returned to this particular apartment 5 times over the past 8 years and it has recently been refurbished - it never disappoints!

Had a lovely time. Apartment within walking distance of town and very central for costa calida. Has everything you need for holiday. Beach chairs, sun beds well equipped . Only down side is not in a sunny position but lovely pool just round the corner.

“Great place to stay”

Great place to stay,apartment great,well equipt ,aircon,fans ,tv,wifi .location is ideal,10 minutes to beach,5 minutes to the square ,plenty of places to eat. Taxi rank close by all in easy walking distance.Would not hesitate to book this apartment again.really had a good time.

“Immaculate, secure, comfortable and modern.”

We had a wonderful week here. The apartment is modern and very well equipped with a range of kitchen equipment including a dishwasher. We purchased a week's wifi from the main square and it was fast and reliable, crucial when with teenagers! The bathrooms are pristine and all beds are very comfortable. The air con in the main bedroom upstairs was included in the price but the air con on the lower floor, where there are two bedrooms, required euro coins to keep it running. The only criticism we have is that the payment metre jammed and we were without air con for 3 nights for those bedrooms which was unpleasant in late July/early August. However, despite this, we wouldn't hesitate to return and would highly recommend this apartment.

Response from the owner Thank you for your comments. We have now replaced the sofa, ( didn't realise it was not ok). The fans get dusty within a week or so by the way, although they should be cleaned., but they must have been overlooked by mistake.
