Description
With just one neighbouring property the villa is gated and fenced with gardens surrounding the property. There is also a gated and screened, private salt water pool which can be heated 7 covered. The villa is on one level and has three bedrooms, one king size with separate bathroom and opening on to the covered terrace, one twin with ensuite shower room, a further twin bedroom and separate shower/cloakroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted with hand crafted units and offers a home from home facility. The bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning. For winter rentals there is heating and a cosy log-burner situated in the spacious lounge. The lounge has 3 patio doors out onto the covered terrace and the pool, all with panoramic views of the rolling countryside. Steps lead down on to the lawned area.
Sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to seat eight are available. Children are very welcome here and there is plenty of outdoor space for them to enjoy and explore.

Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and further twin bedroom. Family shower room. High chair and cot on application. Lounge room with woodburner, large sofas, armchair, dining table extending to eight places. Kitchen fully fitted with breakfast table and chairs. The villa is also fitted with a security alarm system, window shutters and fly screens and has also been awarded a Tourist Rental Licence No. 41512/AL by Loule Council. Peacehaven is a non smoking property.

Lawned area on two sides of the villa, electric gates to large driveway with plenty of parking including carport. Rustic paddock area to explore. Beautiful 8m x 4m pool (with cover) that can also be heated on request (extra charge). Fabulous stone built BBQ and terrace.
