Lovely modern 3 bedroom Villa located at São Bartolomeu [Lisbon District / County Lourinhã] - Portuguese Silver Coast, in a private condominium [House with area of 150 m2] 2 floors has 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a main living room and a kitchen. Electric blinds
Hosts 7 - Ideal for groups and families. On foot you can go to the Dino Park - Jurassic Park with 120 full size dinosaurs (Theme park with routes through the Cretaceous, Jurassic, Triassic and Paleozoic periods).
Nearby the house you will find nice restaurants, bars, cafe's, grocery shops (great local produce), butcher, delicious bakery, banks, beauty salons, bike rentals, surf shops & schools, yoga and pharmacy’s.
Near Beach and Rural area / field. An extremely quiet area with privacy, views over the countryside, close to beaches, terraces and interior very comfortable.
Attractive all over the year, with excellent food in the surrounding places (Peniche, Lourinhã, Areia Branca, Baleal, Foz do Arelho, Óbidos, Nazaré Caldas da Rainha, Ericeira) specially fish and shellfish.
