Description

Huge 5-bedroom home on 1.5+ acres with a large fenced-in heated pool, 5-person hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock, 6-burner grill, and giant wrap-around deck. Close enough to Grand Rapids (Uber & Lyft friendly) but in a more country setting. Less than 1/4 mile from Creekside Park, there is something for everyone to do.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. The home is in a residential neighborhood. Vulgar language and excessive noise (especially after 9:00 PM) is not tolerated.

This beautiful space has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 additional bedrooms in the lower level. Just as important, there are 3 bathrooms, allowing everyone to spread out and have their own space and privacy! We installed a second hot water heater to ensure everyone in your group will be able to take a hot shower.

The house has multiple eating areas, a large kitchen, huge great room, and a formal dining room table with seating for 16 making it easy for everyone to spend time together.

For entertainment, there are 2 connections of lightning-fast WiFi, Comcast Xfinity cable on the UHD 4k Smart TVs, bluetooth soundbar, DVDs, Blu-ray player, foosball table, and a Nintendo Wii. We promise to provide relaxation for those that need a break!

Great place for groups when there is a wedding in town.

Great place to host a family reunion.

Great place to stay for brewery tours and ArtPrize.

Great place to use as a "base camp" if you have a group that wants to enjoy the area's attractions.

My wife and I rent our main home when we are out of town and rent from other users when we take vacations. We love the feedback we get from travelers staying at our home and decided to purchase another property. We had a great time decorating and making sure everything was perfect for our future guests.

Response from the owner The house was a challenge to furnish because there were so many options of where to put things. Personally, I like the screened in porch if I'm trying to get some alone time to read, but otherwise you'll usually find me on the deck too. So glad you enjoyed your stay!
