Description
A family run holiday home on a major caravan site in Suffolk that is set in its own private plot and within 50 yards of the sea. It is the UK's most easterly caravan park with Ness Point being the most easterly point in the UK and the centre of Lowestoft with it's superb beach a short walk away..
Historic Norwich is close too.
Our holiday home is centrally located for visiting the world famous Pleasurewood Hills theme park, The famous Lighthouse cafe for its superb English breakfasts within 200 yards, Oulton Broad (The southern gateway to the Norfolk Broads), Africa Alive wildlife park and visits to Great Yarmouth.
You'll find tennis courts, bowling green and the Sparrow's Nest Gardens, even an Italian Restaurant, just over the road, but North Denes Park itself is quiet and relaxed. Ideal for just chilling out.
Lowestoft's train and bus stations are within 1 mile away from the site and a local bus stop around 200 yards away on the main A47.
The holiday home has its own private patio and patio furniture, ample car parking space and has most modern conveniences (including central heating) for a comfortable stay.
There are 2 bedrooms, one a double (with en suite toilet) and the other a twin, and the lounge has a bed settee. A fully equipped kitchen aids a pleasurable stay.
Please note we do make a separate one-off charge for pets of £25 that will be added when we confirm your booking.
Wi-fi is available on site but with a fee is payable to North Denes separately.

“Great Stay”
Good location, a little remote from the town. Caravan was well cared for and communication from the owners was excellent. Would recommend.

“Good area for dogs”
The caravan was in a good position if you had dogs, it was the furthest van on the Easterly side of the park right next to the sea wall. The van itself was a little tired and not very well equiped in the kitchen.ie no wine glasses or cooking dishes ! The television was the smallest I have ever seen!!! The settee had a tear on the arm and the light in the bathroom didnt work but apart from that it was clean and tidy.The service recieved from the booking agency was good and the price was good
