Fantastic grade II listed house on the sea front. Uninterrupted sea views and just steps from the beach. Beautiful interiors with all home comforts. Five bedrooms, luxury family bathroom, separate shower room, two separate wcs, modern kitchen with rangemaster oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave etc, open plan dining room, large lounge, conservatory, patio garden. Parking for one car in garage and a further car in a dedicated parking space in front of the garage, plus free on-street parking. Perfect for holidays and special getaways with family and friends.

“Large Sea Front Home with the X factor!”

We booked this dwelling for a large family gathering (10 of us and Harvey the doggie), on arrival we were in awe of the size and quality of the property, so clean and tastefully decorated not to mention the fantastic view of the Sea and Lowestoft front. The welcome of fresh flowers and tea/coffee and cookies was a lovely touch too. We particularly loved that the location was perfect for taking a dip in the sea and enjoying downtime in the pier bar within a stone throw away. There was nothing we could fault and we enjoyed the week immensely. Ruth is a fantastic host and I would recommend this property and owner to anyone wanting to visit Lowestoft. We would love to visit again sometime.

“FABULOUS”

Our stay at Beach Front House was wonderful. A minute walk and we were on the beach, ten minute walk to a lovely dog friend beach too. The property was well equipped with everything we needed and was really clean on arrival. Having 3 toilets was a blessing with my 3 young grandchildren. The house is extremely spacious so plenty of room for everyone. Close by are many shops, so cars can be parked and keys hung up, which is nice not having to drive everywhere. Ruth was an excellent host and responded to any questions promptly - even at the weekend.

“Excellent,family friendly beach front house”

Only a few yards from the safe sandy beach, this tastefully decorated house provided everything our extended family could wish for. The spacious accommodation overlooking the beach and esplanade was very convenient for local shops and only a short walk from the centre of Lowestoft and the station. within an easy drive of other Suffolk resorts and attractions such as the Broads, we were pleasantly surprised by Lowestoft itself and this period house with its modern amenities.
