The lounge, family bathroom and fully-fitted and equipped kitchen are on the ground floor, whilst the three bedrooms are on the first floor. Big balcony outside the main bedroom overlooking the ocean view.

Suitable for families and couples.

This property accepts short/long term bookings three to four months stay as well. The best place for corporate travelers and company guests who travel for business purposes. You can also make use of the indoor heated swimming pool. There are some fabulous Bars and Restaurants within walking distance from the property with one inside the complex itself.

“Dated and unclean”

I have stayed at Waterside Park for many years and this is the worst property we have stayed in by far. We originally booked villa 85 and we were moved several weeks before arrival due to building work. . I asked for photos of the new villa but none were sent. The new villa, 113 was very dated and unclean and looked nothing like the one we had booked from the pictures. The bedding was stained and dirty in every room. The cupboards were unclean inside and the sofas were were old, dated , dirty and ripped. There were 2 pairs of builders boots sat in the property and behind the beds was really unclean. The whole property smelt musty. We phoned the owner immediately and he said he would be willing to offer a small compensation, this turned out to be £50 which was insulting. We had to go and buy new bedding for all the beds after 2 days as we had asked for this to be replaced and no response was given and we could not tolerate this any longer without our it completely ruining our holiday as no one got a good nights sleep. He sent the cleaners in again after 2 days and they stated they had advised the owner months ago about the state of the bedding and he had told them to put it on anyway. I would definitely not recommend letting a property from this owner.

Response from the owner This holiday maker has hugely exaggerated the situation. Our cleaners were sent to sort out the complaint at Which point she did not mention her concerns .This tenant expected a five star place for the price of a two star .

Very clean & Comfortable. Had everything needed except a hoover, so couldnt give it a vacuum before I left. Very good value on a clean and tidy site. The owners when contacted were very courtious and prompt with their replies. Would I recommend this property - yes - wholeheartedly.
