Description
Villa Angelita come scolpito su una pietra nella parete nord a piano terra fu edificata nel 1703 e successivamente modificata e ampliata per farne una moderna indipendente e graziosa villetta con due appartamenti di cui uno abitato dal proprietario. L’altro è adibito agli ospiti con 6 posti letto ai quali se ne possono aggiungere con un piccolo aumento di prezzo altri 4 ( 2 da divano letto più 2 da letti a castello ) per un totale di 10. Immersa nel verde della campagna fra viti e oliveti è centralmente posizionata con Firenze, Arezzo e Siena non molto distanti Pisa e Lucca vicine e nelle zone limitrofe Montecatini con le sue terme, il piccolo paese medievale di Montecarlo con i suoi vini,Collodi patria del burattino Pinocchio con il suo parco amato da tutti e il secolare “ Quercione “ di San Martino è il posto ideale per una vacanza in Toscana nella quiete di un sereno relax in un luogo definito da molti “a slice of heaven “ una fetta di paradiso. Nel giardino, nei pressi dell’ingresso e a completa disposizione degli ospiti vi è un dispositivo per la ricarica delle auto elettriche in funzione dalle ore 18 alle 7 del mattino successivo.
Una strada attraverso campi coltivati raggiunge la villa e qui, un grande cancello motorizzato immette nel viale che immerso fra gli olivi e costeggiando la piscina raggiunge la casa.
Sono a disposizione degli ospiti, un giardino attrezzato, ( mq. 2000 ca. ) una piscina di 10m x 5m, ( profondità massima m. 1,40 aperta da giugno a settembre ) e ad uso esclusivo del cliente, un gazebo con un tavolo e sei sedie e una tettoia in ferro coperta con canne di bambù con un tavolo e sei sedie, un campo da bocce, un tavolo da ping pong, oltre a sedie a sdraio, lettini prendi sole e due confortevoli amache. Nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono 2 barbecue in muratura ed una lavatrice ( stanza caldaia ) mentre in casa vi è un phon ed un ferro da stiro a vapore. A inizio scalini in una apposito contenitore con porta di colore nero vi e’ l’attrezzatura necessaria per la ricarica delle auto elettriche che può’ avvenire fra le 18.30 e le 7 del mattino. Le auto possono essere tranquillamente parcheggiate in giardino.
