Description

The apartment is located in Borca di Macugnaga-1200 meters of altitude, on the main road, a few dozen yards from a grocery store (fresh milk, dairy products and local sausages) and tobacco, from Alpine hotel and restaurant (cuisine) and bar-restaurant Eden.

The center of the bracket is 2 km away and can be reached on foot through a path that follows the Anza Creek or in the bus.

On the ground floor of a House with 6 apartments (2 of which permanently inhabited) built in 1908 as a hotel Weisstor, consists of large and bright Windows. A second entrance which opens onto a small patio and on the ancient trail of the Anzasca Valley, now used as a footpath, near the fountain, the Church of ' 600 and the typical Stadel (barns – barns) in wood dating back to the early ' 600.

Until 1950 the apartment received l'osteria great-grandmother ' 2012 ' and the Cbt has been carefully restructured internally by local masteries retaining some antique furniture such as a table, the bench, the chest and the wall bar Cabinet.

From a small hallway with glass-brick and stone you enter the living room with kitchenette and bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe. A hallway leads to the bathroom and to the other exit where-in summer-meadow can be reached at 20 metres: a natural amphitheatre and completely insulated, with orchards, gardens and private space to relax with table, chairs, sunshade, barbecue area with Earth and fire, and spend days and evenings, with views over Punta Dufour. 4634 metres, the highest in the Monte Rosa massif, at the height of the East wall with its 2,500 vertical metres is the only "Himalayan" wall of the Alps.

Apartment details:-50 sqm surface-pellet stove-couch and Ottoman single bed Freeview tv-Wi-Fi (in the garden)-washing machine-dish washer-condensing boiler for heating and hot water-shower Light 4 whirlpool jets Hafro-wooden window frames with insulating double glazing phono-storage room for sports equipment-parking 40 meters the cost of electricity, water and gas heating are included only for short stays and summer together with the pellets.

The pellet stove requires no daily cleaning 1.

Not included: the cost of gas and electricity for long stays and during spring, winter and autumn. In addition, the cleaning costs are separately (20 eur) for stays of ONLY 1 night.

Garden details:-two gardens with salads, rye, potatoes (white, yellow, red and blue), broccoli, carrots, Zucchini and various herbs-cherries and plums plant-private equipped space for "sweet ozi Contemplatives" and possibly to work on pc-lounge bed-20 ft telescope's grocery shop with typical products, newsagent and Tobacconist, a Hairdresser, a welcome-restaurant with traditional cuisine and a bar-restaurant
