Apartment exceptionally located in Chamberi district, just at Glorieta de Bilbao, perfect for students of IE, iCade, and all those who want to have in their hands all that Madrid has to offer.

This apartment is unique because of its location in the center of Madrid , as he is in the same Glorieta de Bilbao, with the metro station of Bilbao at the door , 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via and Puerta the Sun, and all of downtown Madrid.

The apartment, located in a protected historic building in 1907 , is very calm and quiet, no street noise despite being located in one of the busiest and liveliest areas of central Madrid .

The living room is spacious and has the original wood floors and a beautiful original fireplace in the early twentieth century. In addition to a practical sofa that converts into a sofa bed, has a wooden bookshelf with large capacity and a table that can serve both as a desktop as a dining table.

The bedroom is also spacious and has a double bed of 120 cm, valid for an individual or a couple, side tables, lamps and a wardrobe and from it is accessed from the bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet.

The kitchen, open to living room , is equipped with all necessary appliances : washing machine , microwave, etc

The apartment also has heating throughout the apartment and ventilators.

The building has a concierge and security code .

Without doubt, this apartment is perfect for one person or a couple who wants to be in a prime location in the center of Madrid, since it has unique features that make your stay in Madrid unforgettable.

AREA WHERE IS THE APARTMENT

The Glorieta de Bilbao is located on the edge of Chamberí district, one of the most desirable area to live by the locals because it has all the services and their good communication with all areas of Madrid. In the Square is the famous Cafe Commercial, one of the oldest in Madrid, which still retains the literary atmosphere of times past.

Crossing the Glorieta, you will find Fuencarral Street, full of designer shops, which leads to the famous Gran Via and then to the Puerta del Sol

From Puerta del Sol, a few minutes you will reach the Royal Palace, Madrid de los Austrias and Plaza Mayor. And also to the Barrio de las Letras and Museums Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia.

The Paseo de la Castellana and the Plaza de Colón is also a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the Retiro Park is less than 15 minutes away walking.

The trendiest neighborhoods of Madrid, Chueca and Malasaña, are also within less than 10 minutes walk. The Square May 2, famous for its terraces is a 3 minute walk, and also the Plaza de Olavide.

The area is full of restaurants and bars. The offer is so large that it is difficult to recommend one.

And if you prefer to eat at home, two minutes you'll find several superemercados: Opencor open until 2 am, Carrefour and Carrefour Express, and the famous Barceló Market, which preserves the style of traditional markets, with excellent greengrocers, fishmongers and butchers.

In short, you have in your hand all that Madrid has to offer.

Metro Station Bilbao is just outside the apartment, althogh you will be able to walk to the main interesting points in Madrid. You are in one of the most desirable areas at central Madrid
