Description

The property is located on the first floor of a restored protected building from 1880 and presents an original distribution: revolves around a courtyard and faces directly to a pedestrian street. Its particular design accentuates the feeling of the outside floods with the interior of the house thanks to the concept of open space and the light that enters through the windows overlooking the street.

Diaphanous space integrates: modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room fitted with a table for six, Office area and spacious lounge. The master bedroom with bathroom en suite with hydromassage bathtub and led-light shower is integrated into the bedroom through a large window. The housing has a second bathroom with shower, and a second also double room. The flat was rehabilitated using first quality materials, it should be noted the wooden floors and furniture design. A modern apartment, that insulates the housing of the noises of the city and a great location; Climalit Windows. Air conditioning, central heating, Satellite TV, Nespresso with free coffee and free wifi. Perfect for couples, friends and families.

Our previous guests have mentioned the decoration and location as strongest points.

If you want to live like a Madrileño drop-off the car! You'll be much happier and traffic-jam risk-free. For chill touristy days walk to your destinations or use public transport like underground, buses or bikes! Nearest public transports from the apartment are: - Bike station-"BiciMad" are in Plaza de San Ildelfonso, nº3 and Calle Hortaleza, nº63 (inside the Architect school). - Underground-"Metro" stations are Tribunal (line 10-dark blue), Chueca (line 5-Green) and Gran Via (line 1-light blue): 500m (5 minutes walk). - City-train "Cercanias" stations are Sol and Recoletos both with direct access from the airport: 1 km (10 minutes walking) - Taxi stop in front of the building.

House rules

Noise. Guest must respect the community and neighbours. Therefore a penalty up to 200€ will apply if any neighbour complain about noise.
Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the property (including terrace). There will be a penalty of 200€ shall guests smoke.
The guest must leave the apartment in a clean state which means all dirty dishes/cutlery washed up and all trash/rubbish taken out and left in trash container. If otherwise a penalty of 10€ per cleaning hour will be charged from the deposit.
