This 85 m2 property is located in the quiet, residential area of #El Viso, one of the most exclusive and sought-after addresses in Madrid.

The apartment is ready for 8 persons, there are three bedrooms, two of them with double bed each and the other one with two single beds, one double sofa bed at living room. All of them with a high quality to allow you a good sleep.

The apartment has excellent transport links. The Avenida de America transport center, will bring you to the city center in just 15 minutes. Nearest Metro station is just 25 meters away.

Estadio Santiago Bernabeu home of Real Madrid Club de Futbol is around the corner and the luxurious neighbourhood of Salamanca with its main streets ( Serrano and Velázquez ) just a few meters away.

It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay ( cafes , bars , restaurants, 24h supermarkets, (Platea, Masterchef…) and is close to The National Auditorium, Lázaro Galdiano Museum and the Business Schools (IE Business School , EAE Business School, Deusto Business School, IDE_CESEM…)

This apartment combines the advantages of living in a quiet safe and green area without giving up the comforts of living close to down town. The flat has been decorated with luxury and style and is equipped with leading brands, such as a Smart TV to enjoy your relaxing time at home.

Todo perfecto! La persona que nos atendió fue muy amable. El apartamento es moderno, tenia todas las comodidades y estaba perfectamente limpio. Además tiene una buena ubicación.

Response from the owner Me alegro les haya gustado el apartamento. En los apartamentos vacacionales la coordinación de la entrada se hace para no hacer esperar a los clientes, dado que no hay recepción. La plaza garaje está enfrente del edificio, a menos de 50 metros y mide 4,50 mx2,70m. Tenemos tarifas flexibles para que se adapte mejor a todo tipo de grupos (pequeños y grandes). Esas tarifas son públicas-transparentes. Respetamos su opinión sobre los precios, pero con todos los gastos incluidos, 2 plazas de parking-limpieza final y comisión del operador (no recibimos nosotros), el pago ha sido 45 €/persona noche. Recomendamos a los clientes la lectura del resto de opiniones.
