This modernly colourful apartment is an architects jewel. Is close to museums, restaurants and subway, access it through a wine tree covered patio: Open kitchen, living room w/ sofa-bed, room w/ king bed, bathroom. WiFi. SatTV. Phone
This property's advantages are: Very quiet, comfortable, clean, full of light and surrounded by nature. WiFi, satellite TV and phone calls are included.
While the bedroom can features a king size bed (72in × 84in / 1.80m × 2m), the living room comes with a comfortable sofa-bed, actually cozy and firm.
The apartment has a very equipped kitchen, a breakfast/bar area with 2 high chairs and also a formal table to have a nice dinner.
The entire apartment will be your personal kingdom. Additionally, you are very welcome to relax and enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage at the building's courtyard, which features flowers, vine tree, shrubbery and some lovely neighbours.
It is very quiet area, so as the apartment faces the courtyard, there is no noise that could bother you.
At your disposal is a brand new Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee and tea capsule machine.
After the arrival we will be at your disposal via email, Whatsapp, SMS or phone at all times (24x7), and we offer to call a taxi, make a dinner reservation, flamenco shows information, etc. if desired. Just let us know what you need and we will help you in any way we can.

The apartment is located at Calle Olivar, one of the most quiet streets in Lavapiés, which is a multi-cultural neighbourhood, full of exotic flavours, lively, safe, friendly, with all kinds of shops and supermarkets. Alternative museums like Tabacalera, Casa Encendida, CaixaForum and Matadero are strung in a 15 minutes walk radius.
Brand new and highly recommendable is Madrid Rio: the 650 ha. large and 10 km long park alongside the Manzanares river, where cyclists and lovebirds meet skateboarders and dog-walkers.
How to Move
The apartment is easily and quickly accessible by public transport: 2 subway lines (line 1 and 3), several bus stops; 4 paid guarded car parking facilities and a taxi stop 100 meters down the street.
The Atocha train station, where AVE high speed trains connect with several Spanish and French cities, is located within a 10 minutes walk.
