“Beautiful cottage in a great location” This is a beautiful and clean cottage - perfect for a family or group of friends. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the village on the path to the cove, but just minutes from pubs, etc. I would definitely recommend this cottage to others

“Restful and relaxing time in a beautiful cottage” The cottage was well equipped and extremely comfortable and situated in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire. We had a great week and would thoroughly recommend it.

“family holiday” The cottage was a really nice one, there was 6 adults and my then 6month old grandaughter. We had plenty of room so nobody was in one anothers way. There was plenty of information of what was around and about to do, which was helpful for us when we had done all we had planned. I phoned the owners the day before and they were really helpfull they answered all i asked. The only let down we had was the lack of cleaning my eldest daughter and myself had to clean from top to bottom as there was dog hairs everywhere and when i washed the floors i had to change the water 3 times. The drive up to the cottage is a long way from the road but we didnt mind that. Dont run out of anything as the nearest shops are a fair distance. What we all liked was the open views we had, the viaduct was in sight from the sunlounge,the people was all so frindly. Would we go again... yes we would.

“Away from it all” A lovely quiet little cottage with excellent amenities on a working farm in Upper Wharfedale. Quite remote and very peaceful, but close to some good local pubs and with wonderful scenery and walks right from the front door. The owners are very friendly and helpful without ever being obtrusive. We very much enjoyed our stay including the enforced extra day after we got snowed in! Suitable for all those who love the outdoors, perhaps less so for those craving access to modern entertainment - there is no mobile phone signal and the bright lights are many miles away!

“Wonderful weekend” Great location, lovely cottage. We got in late on a Friday evening so the tea and biscuits were very welcoming! We needed accommodation for a wedding in nearby villages. My son is 3 so the extra home comforts were the real real for going for a cottage. This was a great find! Cosy, but with more than enough room for a small family. As it was lambing season too we had the added magic of seeing the newborn lambs. This a great place for active breaks or a completely relaxing holiday.
