Exclusive apartment with 3 rooms and a kitchen ca.80kvm, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Located in the well-maintained park area of Riviera Golf, which has one of the Riviera's best golf cources, as well as 24-hour surveillance.
The complex is in the midst of stunning surrounding only 5-10 min drive from the beach in Napoule, 5 min.. drive from the Geant shopping centre, 15 minutes'drive from the centre of Cannes and 30 minutes'drive from Nice airport.

The apartment includes a large communal area/living room, combined with an exclusive open-plan kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, glass ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, kitchen utensils etc.
The living room is furnished with a pale leather soffa suite, TV, stereo, DVD player, and CD player, dining furniture, glass display case etc. Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm wide), vanity table ets Bedroom 2: Double bed (converts into two single beds) Bathroom 1: Large bath, marble sink with cupboard. Spacious. Bathroom 2: Large bath, marble sink with cupboard, Capcious. In the hall is a wardrobe containing cleaning equipment and a washing macine with tumble drier.
The apartment also has an extra guest toilet. The apartment has a clinker-tiled floor and travertine-style walls, a tiled bathroom, plenty of wardrobes, attractively draped curtains and a large 30kvm terrace with wicker dining furniture and chairs.
The apartment also has a private garage space in the basement, as well as access to tree swimming pools with the use of recliners, shower etc. There is a clubhouse on the complex at about 5 minutes'walking distance, with a restaurant abd cafe. Short and long terms.

“Rivieria Golf Apartment`”
The owner of this apartment advertises the property as having airconditioning and charges the high price for this. However on arrival they do not have air conditioning. Beaware if you are looking to book this as it is false advertising. VERY VERY Disappointing! The owners also confirmed it is a 15 minute walk to the town of mandeliu it is not and is at least 40 minutes, You definitely need a car. On the plus side the apartment is a nice size but the kitchen is poor. Nice large terrace.

Response from the owner The tenant thinks that she`s payed to much. She has stated to pay back to her 300 Euro as a condition she does´T leave poor feedback. But we consider that her complaints are no correct. She`ve got a special price for 2 weeks in the August. Instead 2400 Euro, ´ve payed just 1900 Euro, 500 Euro was discount plus We was very loyal reg. this booking, we did`t took extra charge for the bed-bath linen, normal charge is 20 Euro per person and week. It was 4 pers, she has got extra offer of 160 Euro. Reg.complain about the aircondition, we have central aircondition at the building. Nobody has complained before. All of our clients(tenants) was very satisfied always. About complain that the centrum of Mandelieu was far away , in my Add. stay information that the car advised. It take 15-20 min to walk from Riviera Golf to Centrum of Mandelieu, absolutly NO 40-50 min . It is not corecct that the kitchen is poor, we have fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, glass ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, juice centrifug, kitchen utensils etc. And very nice decorated. We are sorry that the tenants are not realy satisfied, bur her complaints are without causes.
