Se cercate la quiete e gioia trasmessa dalla natura, se volete ricaricarvi di energia positiva –è il posto giusto!
Immersa nel verde e tranquillità, con splendida vista mare, distante ca. 300m dalla spiaggia: confortevole casa vacanze con 4 posti letto, completamente arredata.
Piano terra bilivelli: ampio soggiorno/pranzo con camino, cucina attrezzata con piano cottura, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e frigo; bagno completo con doccia. Piano alto: 2 camere da letto di cui 1 matrimoniale con aria condizionata, 1 con letto a castello, 1 bagno con box doccia, ampia e panoramica terrazza.
La casa dispone di ampi spazi esterni: una spaziosa terrazza coperta al livello del giardino attrezzata di sedie e tavolo (possibilità barbecue) per pranzi e cene all'aperto. In giardino doccia all'aperto.
Posto auto privato.
La tranquillità del tutto il contesto circostante permette di godersi il soggiorno in completo relax.
Villa Capitana si trova nella località Capitana, comune di Quartu Sant'Elena (CA) sulla costa sud della Sardegna. La casa, immersa nel grande giardino tipicamente mediterraneo, e' su una collina dalla quale gode della spettacolare vista su tutto il Golfo Degli Angeli.
La posizione di Villa Capitana permette di raggiungere facilmente ed in fretta tutto ciò di che potreste avere bisogno.
