“DESCRIZIONE VILLA”
“Esterno”
Un ampio e curato giardino con il suo prato, le sue siepi, le palme, gli abeti, i rampicanti e oleandri fioriti, circondano la villa immergendola in un’armoniosa pace e tranquillità. Ideale per rilassarsi immersi nella verdeggiante natura, troverete diverse tipologie di giardino al suo interno. Il giardino Zen arredato con vari letti prendisole e il dondolo in polyrattan, il giardino bimbi con casetta, scivolo e dondolo e infine il giardino barbecue di fronte alla veranda arredata. Inoltre vi è il giardino della piscina fuori terra di (dimensioni 5 mt x 2,50 e profondità 1 mt )completamente recintato per la protezione dei bambini piccoli dotata di panchine in pietra sedute e sdraio. L’ampia veranda dal tetto in legno è un’ottima zona comfort con il suo piccolo tempio del relax (raccomandato divano dalle forme particolari) circondato da un salotto in polyrattan. Inoltre con le sue sedie e tavoli in vetro e anch’esse sempre in polyrattan, è una zona ideale per colazioni, pranzi e cene all’ aperto. Accanto ad essa troverete un bel barbecue dove, se lo desiderate, potrete fare delle grigliate di carne pesce e verdure.
“Interno”
La villa è ampia e si sviluppa prevalentemente al piano terra.
La parte più caratteristica è l'ampia zona open space che unisce zona ingresso, salone, zona pranzo e cucina.
Qui, amato da tutti gli ospiti, troverete un tavolo biliardo trasformabile in tavolo da Ping pong con la quale passare bei momenti in gioviale e serena compagnia.
L’open space dalle linee particolari unendo i quattro ambienti diventa un’unica grande zona giorno pienamente vivibile e confortevole per tutti gli ospiti. Le travi in legno a vista del tetto e le particolari forme dell'architettura donano alla villa un aspetto caratteristico. Il villaggio Stella di Mare 1, ha infatti un'architettura tipica mediterranea , utilizzata anche nella costruzione dei villaggi della Costa Smeralda.
Dotata di 4 camere da letto ospita 8 persone ma se avete necessità poiché le camere sono grandi, si possono aggiungere sino a 2 posti letto pagando una differenza direttamente prenotando con il sito.
Se avete necessità mettiamo a disposizione un lettino neonato e un letto con barra di sicurezza.
Al piano terra ci sono tre comode camere da letto: Una solo obbligatoriamente matrimoniale, le altre due con possibilità di scelta tra letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli. Una di queste ultime ha il bagno privato in camera dotato di bidet doccia lavandino e servizio.
Sempre al piano terra vi è un altro bagno più grande con vasca e doccia separate, bidet, lavandino e servizio.
Al primo piano vi è una camera da letto dotata di terrazza panoramica arredata con mobilio in polyrattan composto da due poltroncine singole, una poltroncina a due posti un tavolino e infine, due comodi lettini singoli, dove poter ammirare il cielo notturno in tranquillità e potersi rilassare di giorno .
Anche questa a vostra scelta il letto può essere o matrimoniale o due letti singoli.
La scala è protetta da un cancelletto per la sicurezza dei bambini.
“COSA VISITARE VICINO ALLA VILLA”
Vicina al mare, (meno di 5 minuti a piedi per giungere alla parte delle rocce, 10 minuti a piedi per la spiaggia con sabbia) a sinistra e frontale alla via principale, ha una parte di rocce ideale per la pesca e lo snorkeling (soggetta a maree può avanzare o retrocedere) mentre a destra ha una spiaggia di sabbia si apre in un ampio golfo il cui mare non essendo profondo per varie metrature è ideale anche per chi ha bambini. Situata sulla strada panoramica è un ottimo appoggio per poter visitare le cale e le spiagge.Potrete raggiungere spiagge rocciose , ricoperte di ciottoli e altre di sola sabbia. Ognuna diversa l’una dall’altra, tutte deliziosamente da scoprire e facilmente raggiungibili dalla villa.
A 5 minuti a piedi dalla villa troverete il market, il bar tabacchi e il ristorante.
Se lo desiderate a 15 minuti a piedi dalla villa troverete il porto turistico dove potrete noleggiare una barca o un gommone e così poter visitare la costa dal mare, fare immersioni e pesca. Inoltre nel porticciolo vi è un ulteriore ristorante. Altri ristoranti e pizzerie si trovano sulla strada principale a 5 minuti di macchina.
Affianco al porto turistico troverete un centro benessere ideale per il relax.
Sempre a 15 minuti in macchina vi è il parco acquatico e a 50 minuti di macchina vi è il lussureggiante verde parco dei sette fratelli dove poter fare trekking o rilassanti picnic.
In soli 20 minuti raggiungete il centro storico di Cagliari e il quartiere della Marina difronte al porto turistico il quale pullula di ogni tipologia di trattorie e ristoranti dal menù locale o esotico. Inoltre la spiaggia cittadina del Poetto ricca di chioschi i quali organizzano anche intrattenimento la notte vi aspetta . E tanto altro ancora se vorrete scoprirlo! 🙂

The villa is located in a residential sardinian's style village, it allows privacy having tourists but never being overcrowded. The supermarket, the pizzeria,the restaurant and bar, 5 minutes on foot, is more comfortable to the residents and tourists. I'm glad you have enjoied in the villa! It is located in the Sardinian south est panoramic road with most beautiful beaches. So you have could find out a new beautiful beach every day! However, next time absolutely, you have to do the sightseeing tour on the sailboat that leaves from the tourist port 10 minutes on foot by villa's village! “Beautiful Vila & garden for a family holiday. It has everything you may need!”
The beautiful Vila & garden offers comfortable and relaxing space for a family holiday. It is well stocked, so we found everything we needed for cooking, hosting and family dining as well as spending time ( both indoors & outdoors). We appreciated having a baby high chair and baby chair that attaches to the adult chair, travel cot, plenty of extra bed linen, blankets, outdoor blankets and parasols, indoor& outdoor games, gazebo. The place is very well stocked and shows attention to detail in what it offers. The house lady Elvira has been friendly, helpful and reliable in any communication we had prior& during the holidays. The Vila is situated in a quiet residential area, 4min walk to the sea. There are two beaches- one rocky and one sandy. There also are plenty of beautiful long beaches around the area when traveling by a car or bike. I would recommend hiring a car. A Cycling route towards Villasimius is smoothly paved. We have also used local tennis courts (2min away walk from the Vila). This place truly offers everything for relaxing holiday!

Response from the owner Salut Gerardine ! Merci pour ce commentaire. Beaucoup de gens ne veut pas de la piscine. Surtout les invité avec les petits enfants. La villa unique est très grande (150 mq) et dispose d’un jardin qui l’entoure complètement ( 600 mq). C’est dans la plaine et les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité pendant que les parents peuvent se détendre dans les différents domaines du jardin. Aux hamacs, chaises longues ou salon sur la véranda sans craintes et angoisses . Les villas avec ou sans piscines de ce type (taille, accessories, meubles, emplacement et la proximité des plages) sont plus chers de la prèsente. La villa offre des accessoires complémentaires comme de jeu pour les enfant , draps, couvertures, serviettes de bain, serviettes de plage piscine gonflable de jardin pour les petits enfants et beaucoup plus qui rend la villa vraiment confortable . C’est pour cette raison que la villa est entièrement réservée jusqu’en octobre. Je suis content que vous passé un bon moment. C’est une satisfaction pour moi aussi . A bientôt ! Bonne Journee Elvira
