Al cuore delle numerose escurzioni fra le CINQUE TERRE 35 km e PISA 50 km. Belle spiagge di sabbia fine, spiaggia libera La Rotonda a 300 mt, pinette con giochi a 100 mt, animazioni su tutto la costa della Versilia. Sport, arte, cultura.
Casa spaziosa di 100 mt, tutto confort e fresca, ben ammobiliata con tutto il necessario, buon materazzi, pulita, su due piani con sympatica mansarda e terrazza solarium sul tetto. Massimo 6 adulti e 2 bambini.
Al piano terra : spazioso salotto e salla da pranzo di 30 mt, camera matrimoniale con letto 180x200. Entrata che può fare da terza camera con divano letto 137x190, la casa a due porte d’entata. Bagno con vasca, bidet, lavandino e lavatrice. Cucina cobn tuttoil necessario e forno, piano a induzione, lavastoviglie.
Al piano primo : sympatica mansarda per 2 adulti e due bambini, letto 160x190 e due letti a un posto sotto tetto 80x200, wc con lavandino, aria condizionata in mansarda, accesso alla terrazza solarium sul tetto, con transat e ombrellone.

Coperte, piumini, cucini a disposizione.
Gli asciugamani da doccia e da viso, non sono compresi, se desiderate possiamo metterli a disposizione su pagamento, 8 euro per persona da versare all'entrata.
I cani sono acettati ma non piu di uno di piccola taglia.
Dal primo novembre a fine aprile e richiesto un acconto sul consumo del gaz superiore hai normali 10 msc al giorno.
