Villetta a Marina di Grosseto, ricostruita 17 anni fa, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutto ciò che può servire per un piacevole soggiorno.
La casa è a pochi passi dall'ampia spiaggia e, nello stesso tempo, è a ridosso della pineta. Ottima soluzione per famiglie, l'abitazione è fornita di 2 camere matrimoniali di cui una con bagno, oltre a cameretta con letto a castello (3 posti letto). Soggiorno con divano letto, per eventuali altri 2 posti letto. Tv satellitare. Porticato con ampia zona per il relax.
L'angolo cottura, ottimamente attrezzato per la preparazione dei pasti, si trova nel soggiorno insieme alla zona pranzo dotata di tavolo estensibile.
Giardino esclusivo circostante, dove i bambini possono giocare in tutta sicurezza, inoltre dietro la villetta sorge un parco giochi pubblico.
Area tranquilla per vacanze di relax che faranno apprezzare la Maremma ed il Sud della Toscana anche in bassa stagione.
Punto di partenza per visite culturali nei siti archeologici, nei paesi medioevali del Sud della Toscana, nei Parchi e nelle acque termali della zona.
Ottima location anche per incursioni a Pisa, Firenze e Roma da cui è equidistante.
E se amate i cavalli la Maremma è un posto perfetto per cavalcare in mezzo al suo bellissimo paesaggio.
La villetta è provvista di riscaldamento autonomo, è quindi adatta a trascorrere anche fuori stagione piacevoli soggiorni.
Sono sicura, per le sue differenti attrazioni e per la sua eccellente location, per la bontà del cibo e del vino, apprezzerete moltissimo il vostro soggiorno in Maremma.
