La nostra villa, di nuova costruzione, sorge in una zona immersa nel verde dove è possibile trascorrere una vacanza di totale relax, la splendida piscina e il nostro giardino con veranda ne fanno da cornice. La villa è composta da 3 unità in affitto per un totale complessivo di 16/17 posti (appartamento Brezza Marina/Onda da 8/9 posti letto - appartamento Alta Vela da 4 posti letto - appartamento DEEP BLUE da 4 posti letto), ed 1 unità al piano terra abitata dal proprietario.
L'appartamento DEEP BLUE da 4 posti , è posto al piano terra della struttura. E' composto da 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno con doccia, 1 cucina attrezzata. Ben arredato e climatizzato, dispone di lavatrice, televisore lcd satellitare e wifi gratutio.
La Villa è dotata di ampio giardino, parco giochi per bambini, zona relax ed ampia zona barbecue attrezzata e posto auto privato.
All'esterno, grande patio con gazebo, piscina attrezzata, area solarium. Superficie abitabile: 50 m². Esterno: 900 m².
Attrezzature interne: aria condizionata, frigo, freezer, cucina a gas, ferro e asse da stiro, microonde, phon, lavabiancheria, TV satellitare LCD, internet wifi, stoviglie complete da cucina, biancheria da letto, biancheria da cucina, biancheria bagno,escluso teli per piscina.
Attrezzature esterne: sedie e tavoli in zona barbecue, sdraio e ombrelloni in piscina, doccia esterna in piscina, internet wifi in piscina.
La struttura dista circa 300 m dalla meravigliosa spiaggia libera della riserva della foce del fiume Belice, 700 m dal Parco Archeologico, circa 13 km da Castelvetrano e facilmente raggiungibile dagli aeroporti di Trapani e Palermo tramite l'autostrada.
