LA VECCHIA MARINA is located in Marinella di Selinunte seaside village and full of history with its majestic temples and its citadel of the "magna Grecia" unique in its kind. The apartment is a 20 sqm studio on a raised floor complete with fitted kitchen with a 4-burner gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, TV, double bed and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning / heating. Possibility of adding bunk beds Independent entrance from a veranda overlooking the entire Belice valley and the Selinuntina coast. Along a Mediterranean-style garden, at your disposal: barbecue, showers, laundry and covered car parking. It is 150 meters from the sea, 1200 from the largest archaeological park in Europe, 1000 from the first and largest food market and Mt 1500 from the marina, the center of the village and the place of many summer events
