A stylish, panoramic and cozy family villa in one of Sicily’s most fashionable areas.
Set amongst vineyards, just a few hundred metres from the white sandy beach that stretches all the way to Selinunte, Villa Le Vigne is a perfectly proportioned, cozy holiday villa with a stylish pool and a general "feel good" atmosphere. This is an area that has been recently discovered by stylish Italians, who have restored some great properties close to the undisturbed beaches of Southwestern Sicily.
Inside: Le Vigne is set over two floors. The main entrance leads from the large, shaded terrace, into the living room with its white beamed ceilings, large comfy sofas and fireplace. To the left of the living area, is the large, luminous kitchen-diner, which opens onto both the pool terrace and the lovely shaded al fresco dining area with barbecue to the rear of the house. The first of the three bedrooms, a double/twin with en-suite shower room and access to the pool terrace, is located just off the kitchen. Heading back through the living area, a door opens into a hallway, where you find the second bedroom, another double/twin with en-suite shower room and a separate bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase leads from the hallway to the third bedroom, a double with queen sized bed and stunning views over the surrounding landscape.
Outside: the undoubted focal point of the al fresco areas at Le Vigne is the lovely pool area, which is flanked by a large shaded terrace, furnished for relaxing. Views from here extend over the surrounding vineyards and the gently sloping countryside of the Menfi area. The pool itself is stylishly lined with polished grey composite and features a solarium area that is great for sunbathing, or for the kids to play. Accessed from the kitchen to the rear of the house, is a lovely shaded al fresco dining area, served by a traditionally Mediterranean built-in barbecue. The surrounding garden features local shrubs, succulents and some recently planted fruit trees.
Tipps: The various sandy beaches nearby, range from beaches with lido to wild and unspoilt beaches.
Rental prices include: Gas, water, 250 kWh electricity/week, linen and towels (weekly change), pool towels (weekly change), final cleaning, air conditioning (see electricity) and Wifi.
Extra costs payable in cash at destination: Additional electricity consumption (where applicable) EUR 0.40 per kWh, Baby cot EUR 30/week, late check-in EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00h and 0:00h. Refundable breakage deposit EUR 300.
In July and August the rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday only.
