Set amidst a large, well-kept private garden, 'disCrete Villa Maroulas' is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa featuring a private swimming pool, 4-person indoor jacuzzi and a furnished pergola with BBQ area. Built on the hilltop at the foot of the Venetian village of Maroulas, you will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Cretan sea and countryside. With its wide open spaces, 'disCrete Villa Maroulas' invites you to spend some quality time together with your family and friends!

Villa interior:

- 'disCrete Villa Maroulas' is a two-storey villa consisting of a living space of about 180 square meters.

- On the ground floor you will find a large open-plan sitting and dining area with fireplace offering panoramic sea views and access to pergola featuring furnished BBQ area. The sitting area also includes a double sofa bed. This floor also features a fully-equipped kitchen with latest amenities and a bathroom with 4-person indoor jacuzzi.

- On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, private office and large balcony offering panoramic sea views. The second and third bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and also offer sea views.

Villa exterior:

- 'disCrete Villa Maroulas' is set within an olive grove of about 3000 square meters and consists of several olive trees as well as orange trees. With lush gardens planted with rare trees and flowers, a furnished pergola with BBQ area, and a large 55 m2 private swimming pool, you will find plenty of wide open spaces to spend some quality time with your family!

- Villa features a private garage and a garden shed.

- Due to its elevated position the villa offers panoramic sea views as well as views of the surrounding rural landscape and mountains from the gardens.
