Dans petit village calme, loue a la semaine : rez de chaussée de maison de 60 m2 avec entrée individuelle comprenant 1 chambre avec 1lit 140, , 1 salle a manger avec coin cuisine, 1 salle de douche, 1 terrasse 15 m2 et 1 cour 30m2 avec table de salon de jardin; la maison est toute équipée, vaisselle de cuisine, linge de lit et de toilette fournis, lave linge , micro onde, réfrigérateur, congélateur, plaque ,four, fer a repasser, lecteur dvd, chaine hifi , jeux de sociétés à dispo. La maison est accessible par le métro à 5 minutes à pied, la ligne dessert l'aéroport et vous serez à 10 minutes du centre de Porto avec tout ses monuments et caves à visiter et également à 5 km de la mer très belle plage de Matosinhos. Place de stationnement dans la rue pour votre véhicule. Vous pourrez prendre le réseau de bus. La location vous permet d’accéder aux commerces à pieds ( boulangerie, supérette, restaurant, coiffeur, pharmacie, bar, tabac presse…) pour la remise des clés l' hôtesse parle Français et Portugais.

Le ménage doit être fait avant l 'état des lieux si non il sera retenu 50€ sur la caution. Ne conviens pas aux enfants . Pour les animaux demander l'accord avant. La maison est non-fumeurs mais la terrasse et dans la cour salon de jardin c'est possible .... bienvenus chez nous.

La maison est non fumeur mais dans la cour et sur la terrasse c’est autorisé ; maxi 2 personnes dans la location. Le linge fournis doit être lavé au fur et a mesure de l'utilisation, les draps le samedi matin avant le départ. La maison doit être laissée propre si non 50€ seront retenu sur la caution.

How do damage deposits work?
