Description
La Grande Peyriere, a traditional Provence France stone villa on a large wooded property with a large pool. We offer 3 completely independent and private rentals on this large property.
Spacious living room. Fireplace with insert, Louis XIVth mantelpiece, antique Provence furnishings.
Facing the fireplace is a comfortable couch (which opens into a comfortable sleeper sofa).
There is also a long dining room table, large enough for a dinner for 10 people, comfortable for 8 - yet also fine for 2, for an intimate dinner.
There is a separate kitchen which opens onto the vine-covered terrace with stone benches and a large terrace table.
The kitchen is made from a huge hand-carved Provence antique – yet with every modern appliance, including dishwasher, washing machine, and even a "robot" - a mixer, blender, slicer. There is also lots of storage space.
Outside on the terrace, there is another table, plus a BBQ.
Two bedrooms:
- one in ochres and warm earthy reds (double bed),
- and the other in soft warm yellows (2 single beds).
Two bathrooms:
- one full bathroom (wheelchair accessible),
- and the other with toilet and sink.
The main bathroom has forced air heating / ventilation system.
Playground area.
Large pool (4m x 10m).
Pet friendly vacation rental. A dog friendly villa rental. Also a cat is welcome.
But for an animal, please enquire.
Ideal for up to 4. Spacious enough for 6 - the living room has a door, so it has full privacy.

- Luberon, with villages dating from the Middle Ages;
- famous Cote du Rhone vineyards.

Response from the owner Peter and his group was amazing. Fabulous guests and very patient as they experienced a problem with the heating system. Sometimes I wish guests were not leaving so far away and that I could keep them as close friends. I am so happy Peter enjoyed the house and the area.
