Description

Ideally located in the heart of Menton, at 2 steps from the beaches, City Hall district, beautiful bright bedroom with 2 beautiful West oriented terraces with a panoramic view where it is possible to enjoy your meal.

On the last floor of a building with elevator consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two persons, an independent kitchen equipped with washing machine and oven, a separate with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub, an entry with closet and separate toilet.

The apartment is very close to the beach (300 m or 5 minutes by foot) and 500 m from the main train station and bus. A car is not necessary. The neighborhood is alive, several shops are very close (50 m) you can do everything on foot: beaches (300 m), shops, pedestrian area, market, supermarket, banks, train, bus, bus station,... You can take the train or the bus for you go to Nice, Monaco (15 min), the Italy (10 minutes), the villages perched, etc. The apartment overlooks the indoor garden, the calm is insured.

The apartment has 2 beautiful sunny terraces (20 m 2), one overlooking the living room and the kitchen with a beautiful unobstructed view and panoramic views of sea and mountain, one on the House (loggia). Very nice for meals on the terrace. Large Awnings provide shade. Television TNT.

Chin is a seaside town surrounded by mountains and typical medieval villages. Many sporting and cultural activities for the whole family (town, sea and mountain). Monaco and Ventimiglia (Friday market) are 10-15 minutes by train. Excursions and hikes in the day in Nice, Cannes, Bordighera and San Remo or the famous 'Valley of Marvels'. The ski resorts of the French Riviera are at 1:30 approximately.

Chin is located 3km from the Italy, 8 km from Monaco and 30 km from Nice.

RAILWAY station at 500 m. good network of buses (1.5 euro per route) motorway 2 km. Nice Airport 35 km.

Getting around

Small human-sized city with lots of charm. You can do everything on foot beaches, buses, shopping, cinema, casino, restaurants, banks, ... You can take the bus or train to get to other cities and sights of the French Riviera (Monaco, Nice, . Villefranche, ..), visit the hilltop villages (Gorbio, Castellar, Holy anied, Saorge Tende ... or go to Italy rates are attractive: the bus to Nice costs less than 2 euros the station! sNCF is 500m and the airport 35 km.

We do not live on site but we have 2 people you trust to help you: one to give you the keys and you do with the inventory and rent you possibly linen, the other to respond to problem.
