15 min walk from town centre, panoramic view of old town, sea and mountains; the apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 1940s house, finished in stone and surrounded by a "mentonnaise" garden. No need to use the car anymore, the train station is a 10 min walk from the appartement and you reach Monaco or Vintimiglia (Italy) in 10 min. Best for couples with or without 2 children or grandchildren.

A spacious and well equipped apartment with the big plus of a small garden A lot of very steep steps so not for anyone with mobility problems God value.
