Notre appartement a été refait entièrement, acoustique et thermique il permet de se reposer sereinement. L’accueil de nos voyageurs est très important. Avec le sourire et la bonne humeur nous tenons à être présent à l'arrivée comme au départ pour partager avec eux leurs envies comme leurs craintes. Propreté et mise à disposition d'équipements haut de gamme restent notre priorité. Notre porte vous est grande ouverte si l'envie de venir à nouveau à Menton vous fait plaisir. Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Notre appartement a été effectivement refait à neuf en 2016. Isolation phonique et thermique, ventilation assistée des pièces. Tout le mobilier et l'électroménager sont neufs avec notamment deux couchages de grand confort. La climatisation, TV numérique, Wifi, machine à laver le linge...... Nous avons trois critères pour nous essentiels où nous devons être constant : la propreté de l'appartement, l'accueil individualisé de nos voyageurs et mettre tout à disposition pour que leur séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Comme je le dit, laissez votre voiture en stationnement gratuit au bas de la résidence et partez à pieds visiter Menton. Profitez également des navettes régulières de bus (arrêt au bas de l'appartement) ou de train (la gare à 500 m ) pour découvrir les alentours, de la principauté monégasque aux commerces pétillants de Vintimille en Italie en passant par nos beaux villages perchés sur les collines du Mentonnais. Vous parlez d'un environnement assez bruyant sur le balcon, il s'agit sans doute des véhicules circulants dans l'avenue. Nous sommes en centre ville et de juin à septembre l'activité touristique est plus importante. C'est pourquoi j'ai fait installer des fenêtres et volets isophoniques. Moi, je n'y fait plus attention. Effectivement la climatisation en période chaude est bien appréciée. Dans l'attente de vous revoir, bien amicalement Bernadette.
