a large studio (27m²) sunny, completely independent, in a Zen garden, quiet with a large terrace Large bedroom and living room with dining area (27m²) and bathroom, toilet and all the comforts. Reversible air conditioning (hot / cold) Free internet access, wifi = very high speed (fiber optic) A kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, to prepare a little "in case" if necessary A mall with supermarket "CASINO", bank, pharmacy, bar & restaurant, hairdresser, dry cleaner, shoemaker is 250m. Easy free parking in front of the house. Possibility to add a bed for a child.

How do damage deposits work?
