L’appartamento è posto al piano rialzato di un residence signorile, In un contesto residenziale silenzioso e tranquillo, composto da villette e case indipendenti. L’appartamento di 60 mq. circa è internamente composto da un’ampia zona giorno (con divano letto matrimoniale) con attiguo punto cottura, una camera da letto (con letto matrimoniale), una cameretta (con letto 1 piazza e mezza), w.c. con doccia ed un comodo terrazzo di mq 25. E’ stato totalmente ristrutturato , Viene locato arredato con mobili nuovi ed in stile moderno e corredato di tutto il necessario. L’edificio è situato nel cuore della zona di Mondello . E’ tutto disponibile a pochi metri: fermata dell’autobus, pizzerie e ristoranti, farmacia, guardia medica, bar , centri shopping. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi la spiaggia di Mondello con i suoi lidi attrezzati . L’appartamento dispone di più posti auto e moto all’interno dello spazio condominiale.Per visualizzare il clip video inerente all'itinerario dall'aeroporto alla struttura, vai su "You tube" e digita "nido apollo mondello" oppure " apollo nest". per vedere la distanza dal mare e i negozi e servizi nelle vicinanze, vai su google maps e digita "nido apollo"
