Overview and quiet house on the bay of Mondello near the beach. The house is reached via a steep uphill walk (steps) but also by car. L 'apartment has a living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with appliances and kitchenware. The exterior consists of a terrace with sitting area and a table where you can eat enjoying a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mondello and the city of Palermo. The house is equipped with wi-fi, tvsat and parking space. It is just 5 minutes walk from the seaside town of Mondello, where there are restaurants where you can taste typical Sicilian and Mediterranean cuisine. Walking to the port, one can encounter with fishermen and buy fresh fish. In the square you will also find many other facilities such as bars, tobacco, sandwich bars, supermarkets, newsstands and bus stop for Palermo (15 min. Lines 806, 606) .Lungo the beach, visited the renowned sporting event "Windsurf World Festival", there are numerous sailing clubs where you can rent canoes, kayaks, windsurfing, boat! Notable attractions are the nature reserves of Capo Gallo and Monte Pellegrino. Also turning in a car or by public transport, between Mondello and Palermo you can stop in the seaside suburbs of the city and visit the Florio tuna and Bordonaro where you can also make an excellent aperitif. Coming into town you can visit museums and historical monuments that one of the most important cities of art in Italy has! You can also find our products in many traditional local markets such as "La Vucciria", "The Boss" or "Ballarò" and enjoy our street food among the most renowned in the world. You can also visit the historic city center (among the largest in Europe). There is also clear space for nightlife that the Sicilian capital offers, in particular in Mondello in summer.
