Villa Soliva is located in Mondello, inserted in a marvelous natural, quiet and panoramic environment for which it has recently been chosen as a set for the filming of a well-known television fiction. From the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive view of Mount Pellegrino and the Gulf of Mondello. The beautiful beach of Mondello and the marine reserve of Capo Gallo are located about 800 meters from the villa and can also be reached on foot with a pleasant walk. Even the land reserve of Monte Gallo with its unique panorama overlooking the sea can be reached by a walk, access is right above the villa. Villa Soliva is the ideal choice to enjoy the beauties of the sea of Mondello and to relax with pleasant walks through the trekking paths of the reserves. The center of Palermo with its unique monuments and shopping streets can be easily reached by bus (20 min). Villa Soliva is equipped with a convenient car park, has an internal surface of over 130 square meters, a large terrace and is decorated with a lush garden of over 700 square meters well furnished and with its two gazebos, the barbecue, the comfortable deckchairs and the dining tables allow you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay. The garden is partially available during the months of June, July and September.
