Our Rose's cottage, surrounded by greenery, offers a period rich in emotions, pure relaxation and comfort in one of the most beautiful resorts of Sicily.
Give you the opportunity to have access to very large spaces as necessary.
Housing The Rose's cottage is situated in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of mondello, only 300 metres from the beach and the main square.
Has a separate entrance from the rest of the villa, within which inhabit the owners. The cottage offers guests an area of 55 m 2 Interior plus other outdoor 100sqm. The outside has a solarium (chairs and tables) with outdoor shower, a living room covered by a shed in cane canopy, and a very large table to taste the meals of the day outdoors. The internal structure has a bedroom that doubles as living room with airconditioning-included, tv 32 ' full hd led, table for daily meals, and a small sofa in which relax during the hot day. The kitchen offers all comforts for a stay exceeding expectations that includes: refrigerator, microwave, complete set of dishes, glasses and cutlery, Cooking Hob, washing machine and everything you need for any need.There is also a bedroom with a single bed and a large wardrobe (plus the addition of a fourth single bed on request), and a bathroom with shower, hair-dryer and a set of towels.
Distances:-Mondello country: 300 mt (on foot or by shuttle bus)-Palermo, port and train station: 10 km (public transport)-Palermo airport: 30 km (available upon request the pickup service, the cost is 50 USD round-trip) weekly and daily expenses including the cost of electricity, water and gas.
Interaction with guests Communication for guests:-animals not allowed-languages spoken: English-For seasonal rental confidential negotiations with the owner.
For any necessity or need, the owners are always available at any time of the day.

“Wonderful location and the best hospitality from Massimiano and his family”
We stayed in the dependance of a bigger House and we can use the beatiful garden it is 5 minutes by foot from the beach and parking is not a problem. GREAT!
