In compliance with the Ordinance 4/2020 issued by the LIGURIA REGION, we COMMUNICATE that the citizens residing in ALL the municipalities of the LOMBARDIA region and of the provinces of Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia, Rimini, Pesaro-Urbino, Venice, Padua , Treviso, Novara, Asti, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Vercelli and Alessandria CANNOT BOOK in this structure from March 9, 2020 and until midnight on April 3, 2020. *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** The apartment, with free Wi - Fi connection, is located in Moneglia, in the eastern Tigullio between Portofino and Le Cinque Terre, in a private residence and residential context and quiet. It consists of 3 double bedrooms (one with a French bed), large kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, bathroom with shower and washing machine, private outdoor parking. The apartment is completed by an external balcony and, on the upper floor, a private solarium with unparalleled, shaded, equipped, illuminated views, and with hot and cold water shower system. The residence is 1 km from the center, reachable on foot in 10 minutes and in any case with a bus stop under the house. Our apartment is suitable for families and anyone who wants to experience a holiday immersed in the quiet in a typically Ligurian scenario between the sea and the surrounding hills. Small pets are allowed, educated to live in a domestic environment, provided that they do not cause disturbance to other guests of the residence and that they are never left alone at home. Moneglia is located in the extreme Eastern Tigullio and halfway between Portofino-Santa Margherita Ligure and the Cinque Terre-Portevenere. It is included in the list of the "most beautiful villages in Italy", with the blue flag FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) continuously since 1990 with national supremacy. Excellent starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, reachable by train in 25 minutes and by boat by sea. For lovers of trekking there are numerous marked trails that, starting from the center of the village, allow you to admire sunsets and landscapes of rare beauty. In the center you can find diving clubs, boat rentals, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, public health care and first aid points with defibrillators throughout the municipal area, bars and restaurants where you can taste all the traditional Ligurian culinary specialties. Hospital 10 km, nearest airports: Genoa 65 km, Pisa 125 km. Accessible by day trip to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. On arrival, for the months from March to October inclusive, the tourist tax required by the municipality of Moneglia must be paid.
