"Wind Rose" (sleeps 6, 2 baths) a farm house, partially renovated with a first floor apartment of 150 sq. Mt. and farm stables, wood oven, deposits at ground floor. The country house, located on top of a hill, inside a new born Regional Natural Protected Area (Oasis), with wonderful panoramic view. which includes besides woodlands, two villages of rebound adjuster knob and Castle Montegiove and a Franciscan monastery (La Scarzuola).

One of the less polluted and wild valleys of central Italy. Into copse and typical Mediterranean forests are covering most of surrounding hills, and unless ' birds ', complete silence and a natural 360° planetarium are guaranteed.

"Wind Rose" hospitality is for maximum 6 persons and includes: three bedrooms (2 double with 1 additional bed .1 single), two bathrooms, living-room with big fireplace, TV and equipped kitchen. UMTS WiFi solution available.

Outside The two storied building was formerly a country house where originally all farm activities were present, including cattle, swine, poultry, manure heap, vineyard, olive grove, etc. Today only olive oil is produced, but ' archaeological ' give evidence remaining of the few decades ago farm activities. Private fenced and gated area (approx. 8,000 sq. m), with trees and bushes which are mostly all of local origin: olives, elm, poplar, maple, alder, birch, blackthorn, oak, almond, cherry, walnut, hazel, apple, juniper, broom, dog rose, etc. The gardened outdoor area (supplied with, dining and living, garden furniture) surrounding the house is easily accessible providing both security for kids and possibilities for free play ground and athletic activities (basketball, football, jogging, etc).

Public swimming pools are available at both San Venanzo and Fabro (20 minutes car distance).
