Description

The holiday cottage is a little 'detached from the main house and can accommodate up to four people. The living kitchen has a dining table, satellite TV and a kitchenette with dishwasher, gas stove, oven and fridge freeze. The apartment is located at the foot of the medieval village of Montemassi in a magical setting, with ancient olive trees, typical of the Maremma. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen. WI-FI, satellite TV, air conditioning and veranda. The apartment is inside a farm but has a separate entrance from the other apartment block. The view is spectacular Guests can use the wifi, the small rooftop swimming pool and garden. Also they can request dinners in the basement if you want. I I interact a lot with my guests and are attentive to their needs, live in the neighboring house. The area is wonderful, olive groves, vineyards and in the background the Medieval Montemassi, an oasis of peace and nature, and 'placed in a position where you can easily reach the seaside resorts like Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, which is about 30 km . Going to the villages of Roccatederighi and Sassofortino to an average altitude 600 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the cool relaxation offered by the many forests of chestnut trees.
