Cottage in a Mas with character located 1km from Monteux, 4km from Carpentras, 18km from Orange city with its theatrical arenas and near Vaison-la-Romaine at the foot of Mont Ventoux. 20km from Avignon, city of the Popes with magnificent views of the Rhone, 30km from Cavaillon, melon town (known for its summer corso), Monteux is on the wine route (Valréas, Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Cairanne ...). Cottage 70m ² with living room and living room + 2 bedrooms each containing a bathroom and a toilet. One bedroom has a 160cm bed and the second bedroom contains two 90cm beds. To know: capacity to accommodate 5 people thanks to the extra bed The cottage is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an aspirant host, a TV and a DVD player, a vacuum cleaner, an internet plug, linen is provided. A swimming pool of 12m X 6m fenced and surrounded by olive trees for more privacy. You also have a terrace with pergola equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Response from the owner Nous avons accueillis pour un week-end ces locataires avec bienveillance, comme à notre habitude. Le tarif pour le ménage –à hauteur de 40€ par logement pour la semaine-, était indiqué dans le contrat de location. La locataire qui a confirmé la réservation par téléphone a négocié avec nous la réduction de moitié de ce forfait pour un week-end, ce que nous avons accepté. Aussi, au moment du règlement, quand nous avons évoqué cela avec les locataires présents, leur réaction a été tout à fait démesurée et inattendue. Nous avons indiqué que ce point avait été convenu avec la personne qui avait réservé. Le ton est monté et ils sont devenus agressifs. Ils ont justifié leur réticence à régler la somme de 25€ en indiquant qu’ils n’avaient pas eu d’eau chaude, problème dont nous n’avons jamais eu connaissance et qui aurait pu être régler car nous sommes aux petits soins et au service de nos clients, toujours prêts à intervenir pour assurer le confort de nos locataires. L’argument suivant consistait à dire que les logements étaient propres car il n’y avaient passé que deux jours. Mais surtout après leur départ, la découverte des sanitaires nous fait bien penser que la propreté est tout à fait relative selon les individus. Et que les heures de ménages effectuées pour laisser nos logements en parfait état de propreté, comme à leur arrivée, ont bien dépassé les 25€. Nous regrettons bien évidemment cette expérience contrariante. Nous sommes toujours ravis d’accueillir nos clients et nous le ferons toujours avec passion et dévouement.
