Description

Beautiful large Provencal villa with big flat nice garden (total plot 2500m2) and large swimming pool (6 x12m) in front of the house. (renovated september 2020).

Outdoors Patio for dining and wining with weber BBQ.

New kitchen (renovated spring 2018) fully equiped and 3 new bathrooms (renovated december 2019). Separate cooling for drinks and beer.

Groundfloor (= garden level) has 3 bedrooms (all with a/c). Mezzanine with tv corner and 4th bedroom (also with a/c).

In the basement playing room with billiard, pinball, soccer table, etc. garage and an apartment with 2 bedrooms with each a bathroom/shower and separate living room in between.

Satelite TV (Canal digital) and optical fibre wifi and tv.

The house is located in "les Parcs de Mougins", a guarded private park/property. The owner is Dutch and lives in the Netherlands.

The house is rented on a living condition , which means you can use what's available in the storage/cupboards as long as you replace same when leaving (i.e. coffee, tea, beer, drinks pasta etc.).

Mougins is close to the city of Cannes and surrounded by various Golflinks (Cannes-Mougins, St.Donat, Opio Valbonne, Royal Mougins, Royal Grasse etc.). The old town of Mougins is renowned for its many restaurants. Beautiful beaches in Antibes, Juans-les-Pins, Cannes, La Napoule and Theoule sur Mer (our favorite) all within half an hour drive.

You will need a car to do your shopping or to visit the beaches and or Cannes or Mougins. In the parc de mougins and in the forest around the parc you can walk and jog. The Uber service in Mougins and surroundings is very good.
