Turtles Reach is part of the exclusive Mullins Bay gated and secure community set in tropical gardens with three swimming pools, which is mere steps away from Mullins Beach, one of the West Coast’s most famous beaches.

Whilst staying with us, you can join in with water sports on the beach, use our tennis membership at Sugar Hill, or play golf on one of the various top-quality courses located nearby. Alternatively you can just relax and enjoy the beach (and the added benefits of automatic guest membership of the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club which gives access to towels, chairs and umbrellas on Mullins Beach), the pools, the tranquillity of the garden. This elegantly appointed and spacious three storey, four bedroom Villa has all the ingredients for a very special luxurious Caribbean holiday in the sun.

We have a locally based house management team who will be organising things for you in advance (booking a taxi from the airport, helping with hire car, booking excursions etc) and will be at Turtles Reach on arrival to greet you and explain how things work in the Villa and show you the wider community pools and facilities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
