Description

370 Mumbles Road is situated on the Mumbles Sea Front some 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village and 4 miles from Swansea City Centre. Adjacent to the promenade and cycle path.

The apartment is a four storey town house and the entrance to the accommodation is on the lower ground floor. With our one double and one twin bedrooms and a lounge sofa bed it can sleep up to 6 guests. As we are on the seafront car parking is limited to the adjacent Norton Avenue and Norton Road most guests do not find this an issue during occupancy.

For you dog lovers your " friend" would enjoy beach walks all year on Swansea Bay or thru Horses Field (50M) a woodland walk to Oystermouth Castle and the shops of Newton Road beyond.

Mumbles “The gateway to Gower “is a haven for style-conscious shoppers, art-lovers and foodies, hosting a wide range of independent shops, cozy cafés, great restaurants, and galleries showcasing local arts and crafts. The most recent development of Oyster Wharf is only some 500 m from your front door..

Mumbles is home to some of the best restaurants in the area, where you can enjoy local produce like freshly caught fish and seafood, some of it landed just yards away. And in a region renowned for its ice cream parlours, Mumbles hosts some of the most famous, with award-winning recipes.

Nearby beaches include Bracelet Bay, Limeslade ,Langland and Caswell but from the “gateway to Gower you have access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

“Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.”

Apartment was cosy and clean. Comfortable beds and a pretty patio. There was a dishwasher, large freezer, large fridge, washer, tumble dryer, lovely family dining table in kitchen. Promenade just opposite, 15 mins walk to centre of the mumbles. Photo is the view from opposite the apartment. Sue, one of the owners was very helpful, and so welcoming and friendly.
