Award wining, 5 Star, Child Friendly Family Home beside a Blue Flag Sandy Beach (100 yards), in a small seaside village. Ideal for large family gatherings or special occasions. 9 Bedrooms and 4 high spec bathrooms. Sleeps 18 (Max of 14 Adults / 4 children).
Beautiful, well equipped, Victorian home with games room, large kitchen diner, formal dining room, large lounge, garden with dining area and separate sofa area under the pergolas.
For the children: 12ft trampoline, climbing frame, slide, swings, giant chess. Games room overflowing with toys, dress up clothes, role play, lego, air hockey, pool table. Fun pirate themed bunk bed room or Alice in Wonderland twin bedroom.
In the small village of Mundesley, on the north east heritage Norfolk coast.

“Family holiday”
What a fantastic house for a four generations holiday ages 4-79. The house had everything you could need and more. The bedrooms were all very good sizes and had brilliant views. The playroom was great and had a super variety of toys and games to keep the children occupied and very happy. The living room was large and all the seating was very comfy. The kitchen was amazing and had all that was needed to store, prepare and serve food. The garden is large and very inviting. The beach is a very short walk away and lovely. The only down side getting onto the beach is a very steep slope but take it slow and steady and it’s fine. I would highly recommend this house.
