This luxury penthouse has a specious, South facing terrace, fully equipped to enjoy Spanish outdoor live with stunning views over fields and mountains and overlooking the 10th green of the golf course. Located in a fantastic leasure and golf resort close to the Mar Menor beaches. The swimming pool is a stroll away. Everything you could possibly need for a perfect relaxing holiday! Modern and bright property, well furnished even for longer term, right on the golf course, with air conditioning, Sat TV and WIFI. A car is advised but not strictly required. The resort has a central location with easy access to most touristic spots and cities. The property offers privacy and a relaxing environment. Restaurants, bars, shops are located on the resort site. The kitchen offers all you need for self-catering. Linen, towels, cleaning, tv/wifi, taxes etc. are included in the rent rates. The comfortable beds assure a refreshing sleep.

The 40m2 terrace is the perfect place for catching sun rays at any time off the day on reclining loungers and in the commodious lounge seats; or for enjoying your meals al fresco.

The beaches are nearby, a 5 minutes drive. The Mar Menor Golf Resort has an ideal location. Within a short driving time you can reach the splendid town centers of Cartagena, Murcia City or the little beach-towns around the warm inland sea; the Mar Menor.

The apartment was modern and included everything we needed for the duration of our stay, including sun loungers, beach chairs and towels. The nearest swimming pool was a short distance from the apartment. The location within the resort is excellent and the spacious terrace provides amazon views over the golf course. Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

How do damage deposits work?
