Description
Beautiful 2 bed Penthouse Apartment tastefully decorated with private roof Sun Terrace and fantastic frontline golf views of 18th fairway. The sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing / relaxing/outdoor dining. Quality outdoor furniture comprising table, 4 chairs and 4 footstools. Loungers and pool loungers.
Balcony off bedrooms has Bistro table and two chairs, perfect shaded area for a quiet read, views over New football training pitches. There is a lift to apartment from underground safe parking area, Perfect for getting luggage up to top floor and suitable for wheelchair access.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. There is a flat Screen LG smart tv with British Channels and Sky package which includes Sports and Movies also access to 200 channels from across Europe. There is access to Netflix all you need is your password. USB ports if you wish to bring a Chromecast. Wifi is also provided free of charge.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and has Ceramic hob, Oven and extractor hood, Washing Machine. Dishwasher, Fridge /Freezer, Microwave and Iron/Ironing Board. Bed linen and towels are provided. Hairdryer also provided.
There are 20 pool areas for use by residents and visitors. Our pool area is out front door turn left through garden area with 2 pools situated with golf frontline views. There are tennis courts and children's play areas. Town centre and clubhouse are 3 mins walk away as is Spar supermarket with good selection of food and wines.
The town centre is short stroll where there is an Italian Restuarant, Tapas restuarant, Irish/sports bar with Kareoke/music, above clubhouse is Pinos Bar open in the evening with outdoor terrace area, ideal to watch sunset. Pool tables and TVs. There is an onsite Hotel which is due to open soon, they will have restuarant, spa facilities and pools. The wood house bar in the clubhouse is perfect for breakfasts and lunch, lovely outdoor seating area looking out onto golf course and driving range. The La Torre course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and there are several nearby courses including the international La Manga.
Nearest Town is Roldan out through the back gate of development. There is an Indian Restuarant there and you can call them and they will pick you up and bring you back. The beaches on the Mar Menor are 15 minute drive away, blue flag beaches with warm water perfect for children. Los Alcazares has lots of restaurants and front promenade perfect for a day at the beach.
Cartegena is worth a visit, down at the port area there are lots of little streets off with tapas bars and shops. There are many Roman ruins and an amphitheatre. There is a large shopping area just outside Cartegena with Zara, Mango, Primark etc with lots of places to eat. Murcia is a lovely city also well worth a visit.
We have a key holder who will meet you at the property and give you a set of keys. There is a 65 euro charge for cleaning the apartment which you give to Keyholder. So just close the door when you go and no worry about cleaning up etc.

“La Torre Golf Resort”
Stayed in a lovely penthouse apartment with stunning views. The outside bars get quite busy from late afternoon which was great to see. Each block of apartments have nice pool areas. The restaurants on site are good.

“Fantastic apartment”
Beautifully furnished apartment with amazing views of the 18th fairway to the back and lovely view of play area and football fields at front. Very clean and well maintained. Fabulous terrace area with sun loungers and dining set which gets sun all day. The double pool area was also a lovely place to chill. We’ve been to the resort for a number of years and this has been the best apartment we’ve stayed in and would definitely return. Thank you to owner Ursula who was very understanding and accommodating when our travel arrangements were altered.
