Description

The property is within a gated, secure resort, with communal swimming pools, tennis courts, play areas and a small town centre with bars, restaurants and shops.

The modern town-house has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two large bathrooms with showers and fitted with local ceramic tiles, a large lounge/diner with a new fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.

There is also a large comfortable double sofa bed, bringing the total number of guests to a possible six.

There is double glazing throughout, with motorised aluminium blinds in the lounge, air conditioning, wireless broadband, a telephone, tv with dvd player and cable network. There are small gardens front and back with a car port.

The property is larger than it seems - set over three levels, with two massive and spectacular sun terraces overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom has double French doors opening onto the main first floor terrace with wrought iron balcony. Every facility needed for your holiday is provided for - right down to an iron, hair-dryer, tennis racquets for use on the court which is 2-3 minutes walk from the house. Clean linen and towels are provided.

The house has a small grassy front garden, and a rear patio area. There are three sun loungers on the sun terraces and a sturdy dining table and chairs. There is off road parking for one car and additional free parking on the road. There is outside lighting on all three sun terraces, so you can enjoy sitting outside well into the evening.

“perfect”

Great villa, good facilities and great location. Perfect for our golfing holiday. Tim ,the owner, was very helpful and always contactable if we needed anything. It was very reassuring. The resort was good but not fully functional yet but it was OK as two bars and the Italian restaurant were open.

“Great house and Location,”

Great location as beach, local and tourist towns with in easy access, by car. The house was great with 3 terraces to accommodate full sun or shade. The air con was a bonus as it was between 32 and 38 when we were there. Although there are a lot of houses on site, it was never noisy, very well kept, and the pool was available at all hours, which was great for late evening swims in warm water. Both the owner and on site manager were very helpful. Would certainly go again.

Fantastic stay. Villa was spotless and very spacious. Catered for all our party. Only one problem with Wi-Fi which was dealt with straight away by Tim the owner and Rob the key holder. Will definitely stay again. would recommend to others
