We have 2 luxury apartments is situated in the perfect position for your perfect holiday. We offer the highest standards of accomadation which offer large patio areas perfect for dinning and sunbathing with superb panoramic views of the swimming pool.
Both apartments comprise of 2 bedrooms furnished with high quality spanish furniture and is very well equipped. There is a large spacious living area , flat screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, good quality comfortable beds, fully fitted kitchen and family bathroom so they truly feel like a home from home with the added bonus of being somewhere warm and sunny.

In our kitchen you will find the all the appliances you require for an enjoyable stay, this includes:

Lounge & Dining Area
The lounge and dining areas are designed with convenience and relaxation in mind, providing high quality entertainment along with excellent views of the pool, golf course and surrounding mountains across the terrace.

•A comfortable sofas
•Dining table with 4 chairs
Bedrooms
There are 2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double.
Both rooms have been furnished to a high standard, which include the following key features:
•Both rooms will be provided with clean linen before your arrival, including 2 bath towels per room.
•Fitted wardrobes, with hangers and draws.
•Bedside table and lamps.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with the usual conveniences, toilet, bidet, high power shower, bath and some basic toiletries.
Terrace
One of the most wonderful features of the apartment is the large terrace overlooking the large swimming pool, golf course and surrounding mountains, which is always basked in evening sun. It can be accessed via the sliding doors in the lounge or simply pull back the curtains to enjoy the view!
Along with the wonderful view there the following additional facilities available:
•Glass topped outdoor dining table, with 4 chairs. Perfect for dinner, lunch & breakfast (or a bottle of champagne or 2!).
•2 portable sun loungers. They are lightweight with carry straps so you can take them to the pool if you wish.
Our air conditioned apartments are spacious and bright, we provide you with your apartment towels.
There are several play areas. The closest one to our apartment is a 5 minute walk away
We offer a simple, hassle free rental to make sure you have an amazing holiday from start to finish. Whether you are going on a golfing break or family break or maybe just a couple looking for a relaxing break, this is the perfect place for you.
Short or long term rental with special discounts for stays of 10 days + . Please also see our other property which is located in adjacent block. Perfect for large groups wanting to be near eachother.
The resort has a lot to offer, other than the obvious golf course, there is a swimming pool, outdoor gym, children’s play grounds, a supermarket, golf shop and bars and restaurants.
The resort is close to two cities, Murcia the capital of the region and the port of Cartagena where you will find many interesting places to visit and experience Spanish city life.
If you feel the need to escape, you can hire a car and explore some of the lovely towns around the area. Sucina is the closest by and there are many others within a 20-30 minute drive and once you are by the Mar Menor Lagoon you will find a whole host of them dotted around. One that must be visited however is Lo Pagan; this is simply because of its mud baths. They are free and are located at the end of the beach. The mud is claimed to have healing properties.
A little further afield there is Terra Natura Murci, which is a recently opened theme park; it is a safari and water park. The zoo section is well laid out and if you are lucky, lions or bears may come right up to the window so you can have a chance to see these amazing creatures up close and personal. They also have an aqua park area that is open in the summer months. See attached photos
Many excursions are also offered, maybe take a relaxing Ferry Trip from Santiago de la Ribera to La Manga Puerto. La Manga harbour has a selection of bars and restaurants to relax and enjoy a drink or meal. Or maybe vistit Cartagena Port by taking the catamaran cruiser the sea you can admire this historic fort and hilltop castles, you will also be able to discover the harbour area. The tour departs from the quayside at Cartagena Marina, no need to book.
Maybe you would prefere something a little more fun so why not visit Mar Menor Go Karts for a great day out. The Go Karts are for all ages and there is also a refreshment cafeteria. Mar Menor Go Kart track is positioned close to San Javier Murcia Airport heading towards Los Alcazares and is open from 11am - 11pm.
Or maybe you would enjoy taking a day cruise, boat charter, angling or diving trips. Enjoy a relaxing day trip visiting and exploring local islands and beaches. Along your journey swim and snorkel in the warm Mar Menor waters. See the Mar Menor by night with a short cruise to the Isle of Pediguera, explore the island and enjoy an evening meal watching the sunset. Charter Muffy can also arrange sea and lake fishing trips.

“It recharged my batteries laying by the big pool.”
